Neighbors Construction & NorthPoint Development commissioned photography of the Power & Light Building. Neighbors Construction also hired me to document ongoing renovation of this historic building and publish a 111-page book on the restoration. I also photographed the new construction of Power & Light North Apartments.
Additionally, I perform marketing consulting work for Neighbors Construction, and 2017 I designed awards submissions to the ABC Heart of America Chapter and both buildings won an Excellence in Construction Award: Power & Light Apartments in Historic Restoration and Power & Light North Apartments won in the Commercial over $10M category.
